Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Work with outside data sources and APIs.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Android Developer.
- Proficiency in Kotlin or Java, with at least 3 years of experience in Kotlin.
- Experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Familiarity with AndroidX and Android Data Binding.
- Knowledge of MVVM architecture, preferably with Coordinators and MVI.
- Experience with RxJava (minimum 3 years) and Dependency Injection (Dagger/Koin).
- Practical knowledge of Git and version control tools (GIT, Gerrit).
- Experience in unit testing, BDD (JUnit4, Mockk, screenshot tests with Paparazzi).
- Ability to work with Retrofit/OkHttp and Firebase (GCM).
- Understanding of Clean Code principles and best programming practices.
- Familiarity with CI tools (Zuul CI).
- Experience in configuring Gradle and working with JIRA and Confluence.
