Key Responsibilities

- Incident Management: Handle technical incident escalations, analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Best Practices: Propose and spread best practices for reliability, preparing guidelines and templates to address common needs.
Requirements
- Educational Background: University graduate in a technical or scientific discipline.
- Experience: Proven track record in software engineering and solving complex technical problems.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/Node.js, and Python. Familiar with CI/CD processes and tools like Gitlab and VSCode.
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud environments, including AWS and GCP, and familiarity with concepts like serverless, microservices, and containerization.
- Automation Tools: Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal, and comfortable presenting to a mixed audience.
