Job Description
As an Integration Engineer at Thales, you will play a crucial role in delivering Digital Banking solutions and services to our customers. You will ensure the successful integration of our solution components within the customer’s environment and/or their integration with our cloud services. This technical role requires coordination of multiple internal stakeholders and external customer-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements and define detailed solution designs.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of digital banking solutions.
- Guide customers, peer consultants, and development teams during project implementation.
- Identify and manage technical risks and issues.
- Provide technical expertise to solve complex problems.
- Conduct conference calls with customer stakeholders to review deployment plans and best practices.
- Provide onsite or remote consulting services and support within the scope of Identity Access Management.
- Mentor and cross-train junior consultants on e-banking authentication solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, computer science, information technology, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in identity access management strategies, architecture, and implementation.
- 3+ years in digital banking authentication solutions.
- Proficiency in Identity Management, Access Management, and Directory Services technologies including LDAPv3, SQL, and NoSQL.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Unix Server, and Windows Servers.
- Experience with OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and SCIM.
- Networking experience (firewalls, TCP/IP, OSI, WAF, etc.).
- Experience with building and using web APIs (XML/JSON/REST/SOAP, ESB/CRM/OMS).
- Familiarity with ArchiMate, use-cases and sequence diagrams, Docker/Kubernetes, Java/Python/JavaScript/HTML, BPMN.
- Working experience in cloud environments like AWS.
- Proven experience leading projects in complex customer environments.
- Security Certification such as CISSP/CISA/CISM.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
