Role Overview

As a Junior React Developer, you will play a supportive role in our ongoing transformation and microservices adventure. If you have a passion for working with leading frontend technology like React and developing great applications for the Stores landscape, this is the ideal place for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to building frontend applications within our modern technology landscape using React.
• Collaborate closely within a product team, participate in agile ceremonies, refine user stories, make code changes, implement solutions, and provide production support.
• Understand our business application processes and translate functional frontend requirements into technical solutions used daily in stores.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders by clearly conveying your ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Team Environment

As a member of one of our product teams, you will actively contribute to changes within the entire Store cluster. Our team is a diverse and inclusive group of people, united by a shared can-do mentality, a problem-solving approach, and working according to the Agile method. We can quickly validate assumptions without getting caught up in lengthy discussions. Above all, we respect each team member and value their unique perspectives and expertise.

What You Bring

• 0-3 years of work experience as a Frontend Developer in React.
• Knowledge of Azure, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in the retail sector is a big plus.
• A love for teamwork and making things happen.
• Technically savvy, proactive, and a great passion for technology.

What We Offer

• A gross annual salary between €49,000 and €56,000, including 8% holiday pay.
• A guaranteed profit-sharing bonus.
• 45 vacation days (25.5 fixed vacation days and 19.5 ADV days).
