Kalmar is a global leader in sustainable material handling equipment and services. Our Digital Solutions division is at the forefront of driving digital and AI transformation across the industry. We are actively seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team in Tampere, Finland.
Responsibilities
- Lead development teams in creating data-driven software and web applications.
- Engage with various stakeholders including developers, data scientists, designers, and business owners.
- Coach and mentor team members in software development best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in developing large-scale cloud and web-based software systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages like TypeScript, JavaScript/Node.js, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern UI frameworks (REACT, Angular, Vue).
- Experience with automation and infrastructure management tools (Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, Jenkins).
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
Ideal Candidate
- M.Sc (Eng.) or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and IoT systems.
- Web application development experience with REACT, node.js.
