Daily Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for technical questions or delivery quality.
- Facilitate collaboration between different stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
- Implement new features across front-end applications, back-end servers, and databases.
- Empower the team to discover optimal workflows and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure future collaboration.
- Adopt and follow agile practices within the team.
Ideal Candidate
- Broad experience in back-end, front-end, and operations.
- Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience.
- Strong understanding of agile project management principles.
- Experience in team leadership and consulting.
- Proficiency in server-side programming languages like TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, Java/Scala/Kotlin, Clojure, and Python.
- Knowledge of client-side languages and frameworks such as TypeScript/JavaScript and React, or Swift for mobile projects.
- Ability to create and manage backend services and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL.
- Fluent in English and willing to work in a hybrid setup.
