About The Role
Join The Walt Disney Company as a Lead Mobile Developer in our Digital Technology department, located in Montévrain, France. This role offers a unique opportunity to spearhead mobile application development for one of the most iconic entertainment providers in the world.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of new features for our mobile application.
- Manage internal and external developers across one or more teams.
- Ensure the production of high-quality, robust, fault-tolerant, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Deliver new features incrementally and regularly, making a direct and significant impact on the mobile application.
- Continuously improve team efficiency and foster knowledge sharing.
- Integrate mobile developments well within the existing information system.
- Ensure all components are easily testable and fully tested (unit, integration).
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mobile software development.
- At least 3 years of experience as a lead developer.
- Proficient in React Native and TypeScript development.
- Strong knowledge of Android and/or iOS native development.
- Familiarity with API design and architectural patterns in a distributed environment.
- Experience with high-traffic software design (web or mobile).
- Previous work in agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of unit testing and clean code principles.
- NodeJS and AWS knowledge are a plus.
