Job Overview
Randstad Digital France is seeking a Lead React Developer to join our team in Île-de-Sein, Brittany, France. As a tech lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of developers working on multiple products. You will ensure the quality, reliability, and security of software developments while aligning them with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Supervision: Lead and mentor a team of developers across various products, ensuring alignment with business priorities and quality standards.
- Software Development: Implement software development plans using agile methodologies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Coordination: Work closely with Product Owners to understand business needs and development priorities.
- Incident Resolution: Participate in resolving run-time incidents and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain up-to-date project documentation and facilitate regular communication with the development team and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a similar role, with a strong background in React and Java.
- Methodologies: Proficient in Agile methodologies and experienced in mentoring junior developers.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
