Tech Lead (CDI) - Razorfish France

Job Overview

Join Razorfish France, a leading digital agency within the Publicis Groupe, as a Tech Lead. You will be instrumental in helping our clients like LVMH, Cartier, and Nissan to build innovative brand experiences and services in the digital economy. Our mission is to create a 'GOOD' digital environment for users, businesses, and society.

Responsibilities

Coordinate development, unit testing, and documentation.
Participate in the development of e-commerce applications and information systems in a Java and AWS cloud environment.
Estimate workloads, monitor development progress, and raise alerts to meet deadlines with expected quality levels.
Ensure adherence to best practices and development standards.
Propose solutions for improvements and resolve technical issues faced by the team.
Lead team activities including agile ceremonies and morale monitoring.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience, including significant experience with a cloud provider.
Strong expertise in microservices and serverless architectures.
Familiarity with transactional sites or e-commerce and web services (REST).
Proficient in Java & microservices, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and serverless architectures (Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3).
Experience with continuous integration (CI/CD) and tools like Confluence, Jira.
Knowledge of front-end architectures (HTML/CSS/JS) and JavaScript frameworks (React JS).
Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (AWS Dynamo DB).
DevOps architectures knowledge is beneficial.
