Role Overview
As a Lead JavaScript Developer at our digital agency, you will play a pivotal role in automating projects and leading your team to success. You will be responsible for full-stack development from conception to testing, including the creation of technical documentation. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-performance and intuitive products.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from scratch, overseeing all phases from design to testing.
- Develop full-stack solutions using Node.js and React, focusing on performance and user experience.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure cohesive solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support project requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Passion for product discovery phases and commitment to delivering on time.
- Fluent in English with the ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively.
- Strong interest in DevOps practices, preferably with experience in Azure.
- At least 5 years of experience in Node.js and React.
- Previous leadership experience is essential.
