Role Overview
As an Experienced React Developer at Teamleader, you will be a key member of a feature team responsible for architecting, developing, and improving the front-end, user-facing aspect of our product, Teamleader Focus. You will turn functional challenges and acceptance criteria into skillfully crafted and accessible UI solutions. Not only will you use your experience to pinpoint bugs, bad coding patterns, identify risks, and come up with solutions, but you will also suggest improvements to the process and code quality once you are accustomed to the Teamleader way of doing things.
Responsibilities
- Participate in technical design discussions within your team and with other teams to come up with solutions for common problems.
- Coach more junior developers through pair programming sessions, code reviews, or by asking the right questions.
- Maintain a critical eye towards potential API improvements.
- Monitor the build, test, and deploy pipeline to ensure your team's work is delivered swiftly and adequately to our customers.
- Run feasibility checks on multiple ideas or potential solutions and help prioritize within the team.
Qualifications
- Around 5 years of experience as a software developer with demonstrable experience in product development.
- In-depth, hands-on experience with modern web development frameworks, preferably React, and a thorough understanding of Single Page Applications built using TypeScript.
- Strong bonus points for experience in SaaS product design and delivery, some PHP knowledge, or Python experience.
- Excellent communication skills, able to express yourself fluently and friendly in English, both spoken and written.
