About the Role
As a Lead / Staff Full Stack Software Engineer at Agoda, you will be a key player in our engineering team, responsible for developing web applications that impact millions of users globally. Your role will involve working with cutting-edge technologies like React, AngularJS, and TypeScript to build scalable and high-performing web platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-volume, high-performance web applications.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead technical projects and initiatives across multiple teams and departments.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them to improve our products and processes.
Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in web application development using client-side frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueJS.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and other front-end technologies.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and a strong advocate for agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technical challenges.
