Pipedrive is seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Tallinn. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in transforming sophisticated data science prototypes into production-ready ML solutions. You will be responsible for deploying these solutions on our existing infrastructure and ensuring their optimal performance.
Your New Adventure
- Deploy ML Models: Ensure error-free and efficient deployments of ML models from development into production infrastructure.
- Automate Data Pipelines: Automate data pipelines for both online and offline features used by ML models.
- Optimize Performance: Optimize ML models running in production for better performance, latency, memory, and throughput.
- Monitor Models: Ensure that ML models in production are monitored for performance and accuracy.
- Data Privacy and Security: Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ML models’ output and performance.
- Build ML Platform Components: Contribute to building and managing ML platform components to monitor the performance and health of deployed models and automate repeatable processes in ML workflows.
- On-Call Duties: Be on-call when it’s your turn, react to alerts, and resolve production incidents.
Does This Sound Like You?
- Experience: 3+ years of engineering experience with distributed data processing systems.
- ML Lifecycle: Conceptual understanding of the ML development lifecycle and hands-on experience with productionizing ML solutions.
- ML Tools: Experience with ML algorithms, frameworks, and tooling such as Amazon SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Programming Skills: Proficient in a programming language, preferably Python.
- Data Modeling: Experience in SQL and data modeling.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Educational Background: A background in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field is a plus.
