Reaktor's award-winning tech community is looking for Machine Learning Engineers to join us in Helsinki. Your Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Reaktor, your job is to turn proof of concepts and ideas into production-grade AI services, help your team succeed, and deliver results. You will work closely with clients' tech and business teams to select the right technologies for their needs and deliver solutions that meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain ML models that serve users reliably in production.
• Create architectures for the continuous gathering of new training data for ML models.
• Design interfaces for delivering the results of ML models to end users.
• Engage in other software development-related tasks, such as debugging, designing, and participating in creating the architecture.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience in continuously developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with common tools, libraries, and platforms in the field of machine learning.
• A good grasp of common machine-learning techniques.
• Understanding of infrastructure-as-code practices (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Cloud development experience (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
• Solid programming foundation (Python required, other languages are a plus, e.g., Java, Javascript/Typescript, C++).
• Experience working with data using SQL.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients to figure out their data needs.
• Fluency in English.
