As a Data Scientist at Wrike, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing machine learning models that power our intelligent work management platform.

About the Role

In this role, you will be part of one of our two data science teams, focusing either on product improvement or business enhancement. You will collaborate closely with other departments to research potential features, validate hypotheses, and drive projects to realization. Your work will involve developing foundational machine learning systems that support intelligent functionalities across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance data-driven solutions through machine learning model training and application of pre-trained models or APIs.
• Engage in the entire data-driven development process, from analyzing requirements to launching features or systems into production.
• Communicate effectively with fellow data scientists, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Apply best software engineering practices to build a reliable codebase and conduct code reviews.
• Work in an agile environment and present the results of your work during regular sprint reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
• Experience in developing ML solutions for production usage.
• Strong statistical and machine learning skills.
• Proactivity in self-improvement of skills and knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ML solutions related to social networks, recommendation systems, or NLP.
• Familiarity with LLMs, LLM-based APIs, and related topics.
• Background in classical software development and architecture.

• Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Google Cloud Platform (Vertex, BigQuery, Cloud Storage), Langchain, OpenAI APIs, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Dagster, MLflow.
