About the Role
We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Frontend Developer to join our dynamic IT team in Riga. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing innovative technical solutions across various digital touchpoints within our business. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the growth of our international payments platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop New Web Solutions: You will be responsible for creating new web solutions for our company’s website, client portal, and internal support systems using the latest web tools and API connections.
- System Design and Integration: Design and implement system concepts and integration architecture to ensure seamless functionality.
- Technology Implementation: Identify and implement the most suitable technologies for assigned tasks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Project Development: Take a hands-on approach to project development, either independently or in collaboration with outsourcing partners.
- Mediation and Support: Act as a mediator between business stakeholders and developers to deliver successful IT solutions. Provide operational support, including hot fixes and bug resolutions, using Jira.
About You
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Redux. Experience with Node.js or MongoDB is a plus.
- Web Development Experience: Demonstrated experience in developing web solutions with a focus on responsive design and user experience.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities, with a knack for quickly adapting to new technologies.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload efficiently.
- Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
