Senior Frontend Developer with React and TypeScript

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer to join our innovative team at GOLDBECK, focusing on Smart Building solutions. This role is based in Bielefeld, Germany, and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge web and mobile applications within a cross-functional Scrum team.

Responsibilities

Develop and Enhance Applications: You will be responsible for the continuous development of our web and mobile applications, ensuring they are responsive and user-friendly.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with requirements engineering and usability experts to tackle technical and conceptual challenges.
Improve Development Methods: Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our development methods and tools, ensuring high-quality, efficient processes.
Select and Evaluate Technologies: Choose future-proof components and regularly assess the technologies we use to ensure they meet our high standards.
Support Product Development: Assist in the long-term development of our products, ensuring they remain at the forefront of the industry.
Mentor New Team Members: Provide technical onboarding and support to new team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Requirements

Experience: Several years of experience in developing responsive web and/or mobile applications and single-page applications.
Agile Environment: Familiarity with agile project environments and development methods.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in current web technologies and frameworks, particularly React and TypeScript.
Design Frameworks: Experience with design and component frameworks such as MUI or Ionic.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
Language Skills: Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Full Stack Knowledge: For full-stack roles, knowledge of C# is expected.
