We are seeking a motivated and proactive Mid-level Python Developer to join our team at Tylko, a tech-driven design company revolutionizing the furniture industry in Europe. As a Python Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating impactful solutions and enhancing our existing systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve Issues and Optimize Performance: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and features.
- Develop Internal Systems: Build and enhance systems that support the Operations team (Logistics, Production, Quality), Accounting team, and Customer Service team.
- Provide Architectural Insights: Offer expert advice on system architecture to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.
- Guide System Development: Choose the best possible path for system development, balancing innovation with stability.
- Adhere to Best Practices: Follow Python’s best practices to maintain clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Provide valuable feedback during code reviews to uphold high coding standards across the team.

Compensation
You will be fairly remunerated with a salary range of 15,000 – 18,000 PLN + VAT, depending on your skills and experience.
Must-Have Skills
- Commercial experience with Python and Django (3+ years)
- Experience developing and integrating APIs
- Experience working with PostgreSQL
- Good command of written and spoken Polish and English
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with PyTest, CI/CD, and Docker
