Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Fullstack Developer at Seargin, you will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining user interfaces for data input, management, and search within databases. Your role will involve implementing functionality for importing electronic documents into databases and collaborating with other developers to integrate the database with other system components. You will optimize database management interfaces for performance and security, develop and integrate tools for digitizing, scanning, and indexing CV fields, job offers, and employment history, and normalize and enrich data sets.

You will also be responsible for creating metadata, developing user-facing interfaces and applications based on research findings from earlier project stages, and integrating AI models and ML tools into the application and broader system. Working closely with team members, you will ensure high code quality and effective communication across system components, and you will test, debug, and fix application issues before deployment.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python (v3.8+), C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and LabView.
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and HTTP, CSS, and JSON protocols.
• Experience with message queuing systems (MQ).
• Familiarity with Entity Framework, .NET 6, and .NET 8.
• Experience with machine learning and deep learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• System architecture design.
• Experience with Big Data: efficient querying, index creation, large dataset storage design, data aggregation.
• Frontend development using the Qt library.
• Hands-on experience with Django (models, form validation, serialization, routing, Django commands) and Django Rest Framework.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases like MongoDB (console access, Python pymongo, complex querying, data aggregation).
• Strong experience with Git SCM (multiple branches, merging, rebasing).
• Multithreading and multiprocessing in Python.
• Unit testing in Python.
• Writing well-documented code using Google Style Python Docstrings.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in research or R&D projects in AI/ML (at least one project).
• Familiarity with Angular (version 14+).
