Job Overview
Join our team as a Senior Python Backend Developer and play a crucial role in developing and deploying new features for the Accolade Routing Domain. You will be responsible for maintaining the current code base and enhancing our services to provide self-service abilities for members and automate Care Advocate tasks. This position involves working closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, and the team to leverage AWS cloud technologies and translate requirements into efficient software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and scope of enhancements.
- Design, architect, and plan the delivery of proposed enhancements using serverless architecture with AWS Lambda functions written in Python.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Demonstrate creative, technical, and analytical skills.
Required Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in architecting, designing, and developing scalable microservice solutions.
- High proficiency in Python and Java.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, specifically Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS, and SQS.
- Experience with AWS Amazon Connect is a plus.
- Exposure to Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work in a highly agile, collaborative, and innovative environment.
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and quick learner.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
