Principal Game Designer (Creative Lead)
Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Creative Vision and Strategy: Own the game's creative vision, strategy, and execution, including concept, gameplay, UX, narrative, art, and functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Game Lead to ensure the game meets market success and player needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor creative team members to foster innovation and design excellence.
- Game Design Expertise: Participate actively in game design, transforming ideas into detailed designs.
- Development Guidance: Guide priorities and goals to ensure the development process meets each phase's needs.
- Communication: Communicate objectives, vision, and strategy to the creative team, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competition to maintain the game's competitiveness and longevity.
Experience and Skills
- Several years of experience in designing casual mobile F2P puzzle games in a Principal/Lead Designer role.
- Proven success in owning and executing a game's vision and strategy from concept to global launch.
- Expertise in all aspects of game design, including systems, economy, narrative, levels, UX, and social.
- Strong skills in ideation, concepting, prototyping, and validating game features.
- Ability to use a data-driven approach to identify challenges and opportunities.
