We are pioneering the use of deep learning techniques to revolutionize automated decision-making systems, particularly in the realms of advertising, engagement, and monetization.

In the Demand Performance team, we develop cutting-edge machine learning-centric products that provide millions of predictions for recommendations every second, optimizing the efficiency and profitability of user acquisition advertising campaigns.

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will work on models and embeddings used in Unity's machine learning models, specifically focusing on conversion prediction models. You will take ownership of end-to-end machine learning pipelines and develop deep neural network models that will be utilized by other teams, forming an integral part of the Unity Grow product.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with a team to revolutionize the personalization of user acquisition advertisements for mobile gaming.
• Translate business problems into advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
• Develop deep learning and online personalized targeting solutions using a tech stack that includes Python, Spark, TensorFlow, and PyTorch on a large scale.
• Formulate and validate hypotheses about model performance through statistical experiments or A/B tests.
• Contribute to the team roadmap as you become familiar with the challenges and opportunities presented to the team.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in machine learning model development using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and software engineering concepts, from theory to implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct analysis, statistics, and data literacy to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with other data scientists, engineers, and product managers.

• Experience in implementing varied data and machine learning-based online decision-making systems on a large scale.
• Experience in mobile advertisement, gaming, or online trading.
