Job Description
Join the LEGO Group as a Concept Lead in our LEGO Design department, where you will guide a team to craft the future of LEGO® Experiences. This role combines critical thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of LEGO's design principles to drive the creation of innovative LEGO experiences.
Your Role
- Guide Conceptualization: Inspire the team to develop compelling play experiences aligned with LEGO's vision.
- Lead Efficiently: Encourage the team, make strategic decisions, and bring ideas to life.
- Foster Collaboration: Promote a collaborative environment among designers and engineers to create groundbreaking LEGO products.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and market insights to ensure relevant and appealing LEGO concepts.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills and critical thinking to drive innovative LEGO concepts.
- Creativity: Ability to generate unexpected, innovative ideas.
- Design Expertise: Deep understanding of design principles and techniques, with knowledge of design software and tools.
- LEGO Knowledge: Familiarity with the LEGO System in Play to develop compatible concepts.
- Research Skills: Ability to anticipate industry trends, market insights, and consumer preferences.
- Communication: Excellent skills for effective collaboration and idea presentation.
- Passion: A love for LEGO and its mission of creating joy and development through play.
- Problem-Solving: Proficiency in addressing challenges and finding effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Openness to feedback and flexibility in adapting to changes.
