Join the LEGO Group as a Concept Designer and immerse yourself in crafting the future of LEGO experiences. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and visualizing new worlds and play experiences that captivate LEGO fans aged 13 and up. Your creativity will be the driving force behind innovative LEGO products that inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.

Your Role

  • Conceptualize Worlds: Imagine immersive worlds and play experiences through brainstorming and concept sketches.
  • Visualize Ideas: Bring ideas to life with concept sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings.
  • Collaborate: Work with model designers, graphic designers, and engineers to develop new LEGO products.
  • Research Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to ensure our concepts appeal to our adult audience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Creative Vision: Strong creative thinking and originality are crucial.
  • Design Expertise: A solid background in design—graphic design, concept art, or similar experience is expected.
  • LEGO Knowledge: Understanding of the LEGO System in Play is a plus.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for LEGO and a collaborative spirit are essential.
