Job Overview
As the Associate Creative Design Director for the LEGO® brand, you will play a key role in leading a team of expert brand identity designers and applying your design mastery to bring the LEGO® brand expression to life for kids, parents, and adults around the world. This role is based in our LEGO Agency, located in Billund, Denmark.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead the Brand Experience Design team and define the LEGO Brand's visual identity.
- Provide design consulting and direction for the LEGO brand identity across a variety of experiences, including products and packaging, advertising campaigns, theme parks, retail experiences, and entertainment channels.
- Develop and sustain partnerships within different design fields across the organization.
- Collaborate with multiple LEGO Agency and the wider LEGO ecosystem creative teams, external partners to develop and execute creative strategies, concepts, designs, and executions.
Key Qualifications
- Master's degree in Design or similar.
- Extensive experience in design management.
- Proven track record of leading and developing brand identities across multiple touchpoints for (big) global brands.
- Strong design skills and ability to use design tools as well as experience working with diverse creative teams - gained from agency or in-house roles.
- Passion for design and the ability to translate insights into creative opportunities.
- Amazing organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in English.
