About The Role
As a Product Designer at Revolut, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on building great products and delighting customers. You will engage in the entire design process from discovery to delivery, focusing on creating simple and elegant solutions to complex problems. Your role will involve:
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists in a cross-functional team.
- Defining customer and business problems.
- Identifying key metrics and taking ownership of project success.
- Conducting research and applying new findings to achieve complex goals.
- Designing wireframes, end-to-end flows, and prototypes.
- Running user testing workshops and guerrilla testing.
- Iterating designs based on feedback and implementing them with the technical team.
- Presenting final solutions during design reviews and continuously improving released products.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in designing complex commercial apps in-house.
- Strong design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Ability to think strategically about product strategy and articulate design decisions.
- Understanding of technical implications in design decisions.
- Self-directed work style with a strong UX focus.
- Skills in typography and grids.
Nice to Have
- Technical education in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in programming and designing cross-platform design systems.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
