About the Role
Join Webflow as a Senior Frontend Engineer on our Designer team, where you will be instrumental in building highly personalized web and visual design experiences. This role is remote-first, based in Ireland or the United Kingdom, and reports to the Engineering Manager. You will be part of a dynamic team that pushes the boundaries of web development without the need for traditional coding.
Responsibilities
- Write performant and accessible User Interfaces that power the Webflow visual design experience.
- Work with technologies such as React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers in a supportive team environment.
- Contribute to the technical direction and execute on functional strategy with minimal guidance.
- Produce and maintain high-quality, tested, performant, and scalable code.
- Engage in engineering citizenship activities such as co-authoring engineering blogs and participating in internal hackathons.
About You
- You have 3+ years of experience as a Frontend/UI Engineer with a proven track record of shipping code.
- Proficient in advanced React and CSS patterns with a deep understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Strong commitment to web accessibility and customer-focused development.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and cross-functional team environment.
- Enjoy high-visibility work and presenting to executive counterparts.
