Join Our Design Team at Intuitech
As a Medior UX/UI Designer at Intuitech, you will be an integral part of our dynamic design team, taking full ownership of the design process from research to complete web and mobile designs. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and shape the user experience across a variety of projects, ensuring that our solutions are not only functional but also visually appealing.
Responsibilities
- Understanding Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in UX/UI design, particularly in mobile and web development.
- Creating Designs: Develop UX/UI designs for mobile and web applications that meet the needs of clients and users while adhering to technical criteria.
- Interface and Prototyping: Design interfaces for mobile applications and responsive web apps, and create prototypes to visualize these designs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, including Business Analysts and Product Owners, to ensure designs are implemented effectively.
- Maintenance and Improvement: Continuously improve the Design System, tailoring it to suit different project needs.
- User Research: Plan and conduct user research to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Animations and Videos: Create animations and micro-animations using tools like Lottie, as well as product display videos.
What We Expect from You
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant UX/UI design experience.
- Design System Expertise: Proficiency in building and maintaining design systems using Figma.
- Prototyping and User Testing: Ability to create clickable prototypes and conduct user tests.
- Collaborative Skills: Strong collaboration skills with developers and business teams.
- Feedback and Communication: Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback; able to defend design choices and consider others' opinions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Hungarian for internal communication and comfort with English for presenting to international clients.
