Role Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Treasury department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our trading business by integrating new treasury products into our finance and treasury systems. This position is pivotal in driving business goals, adhering to regulations, and supporting strategic financial decisions.
Responsibilities
- Product Onboarding: Support the introduction of new treasury products such as bonds, SSDs, Evergreen deposits, repos, and swaps.
- Process Design and Documentation: Design, document, and operationalize processes for the onboarding of these products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technology, and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on new processes and financial features.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in treasury products, focusing on product conventions and onboarding processes.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury product conventions, including accrual calculations and day conventions.
- Intermediate or above level knowledge of SQL.
Nice to Have
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or relevant certification (CFA, FRM, etc.).
