Job Overview
SuperAnnotate is seeking dedicated AI Data Trainers who are experts in the German language to create engaging and informative content across various topics. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about combining their writing skills with AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI Training Content: Create detailed prompt content on various topics and provide responses to guide AI models in learning and understanding these topics comprehensively.
- Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve model accuracy in different contexts.
- Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases and validate their applicability in respective fields.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a professional who possesses:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree studied in German, focusing on Linguistics, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related humanities/social sciences field.
- Exceptional written German skills, proficient in various writing styles and guidelines, with a strong grasp of grammar.
- A solid understanding of the fundamentals of the German language, including grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics.
- At least B2-C1 level proficiency in English.
- A passion for proofreading and editing to produce high-quality texts.
- Analytical excellence and attention to detail, with a commitment to precision and thoroughness in the training process.
- The ability to deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in writing for Large Language Models (LLMs) is a strong advantage.
- Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
