Job Overview
G2i Inc. is seeking Software Engineers to join our AI Training Data team. This role is crucial for our reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) initiatives, contributing to cutting-edge projects in the AI/LLM space. You will be part of an expert annotation team, creating training data for the world's most advanced AI models.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating AI-generated code: Provide human-readable summaries of your rationale.
- Solving coding problems: Write functional and efficient code.
- Writing robust test cases: Ensure the code works efficiently and effectively.
What Will I Be Doing?
You will engage with generative AI models as they learn to code, solving discrete, highly variable problems. Projects typically include everything from evaluating Python code to developing full mobile applications using chatbots.
Skills and Experience
- Programming: Proficiency in JavaScript is required; willingness to work with Swift (training provided).
- Software Development: Experience in back-end web development and creating test cases.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex coding challenges.
- Code Review: Experience in reviewing code before integration into models.
Contract Length and Compensation
This project is expected to last until the end of September with potential for extension. Compensation varies by location, with rates up to $50/hr in the US. You are paid based on time spent on the platform, calculated during coding exercises.
Flexible Schedules
You can set your own hours, ideally committing to 15+ hours per week. The role is incredibly flexible, allowing for a 3-hour lunch if needed, adapting to the urgency of projects.
