About the Role
As a Software Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing and conducting software training sessions for our clients, primarily located in the southern region of Germany. Your role will involve:
- Conducting On-Site Training: Delivering comprehensive software training sessions at client locations, ensuring that users are comfortable and proficient with our software solutions.
- Client Consultation: Advising clients on the best practices for using our software, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs.
- Knowledge Transfer: Using your instructional design skills to convey information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Training Evaluation: Reflecting on training sessions to continuously improve the training offerings.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field. Career changers, such as those from the healthcare sector, are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong service mentality.
- An independent and structured way of working.
- Willingness to travel across Germany and a valid driver's license (Class B).
- Didactic skills are a plus.
