Job Overview
As a Learning Experience Leader - Trainer at TaskUs, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive and professional learning environment within the organization. Your primary focus will be to design and expand training and development programs that align with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Set Standards and Expectations: Demonstrate high standards of conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character.
- Create and Deliver Training: Develop and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams for all general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement.
- Technical Training: Provide technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements as identified by enterprise needs.
- Project Management: Accomplish projects and motivate trainees through effective training.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve training programs and other learning opportunities across the organization.
- Program Adaptation: Amend and revise programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment.
- Content Expertise: Act as the content expert and maintain relevant training documents and materials.
- Induction Programs: Develop and create effective induction programs.
- Trainee Monitoring: Monitor and review trainees' progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers.
- Statutory Training: Ensure that statutory training requirements are met and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages.
- Research and Innovation: Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning.
- Code of Conduct: Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company's Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field (training or teaching experience preferred).
- Preferable BPO experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to present and facilitate class discussions.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and longer hours.
- Occasional need to travel.
