About the Role
As a Remote Software Developer at SideRamp, you will be engaged in various software development projects on a part-time or consulting basis. This role is ideal for those looking to engage in meaningful work while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. You will be expected to commit to more than 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Collaborate effectively with remote teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
This position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. SideRamp is dedicated to providing flexible work arrangements and a supportive environment for its consultants.
