Frontend Software Engineer

About The Role

Ramp is seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and building performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces that enhance our platform's user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive our technical vision and lead the implementation of complex projects.

What You’ll Do

Build and Design: Create performant, beautiful, and usable interfaces that meet our customers' needs.
Collaborate: Work closely with other engineers and teams to align on technical vision and project implementation.
Lead Projects: Take charge of multiple complex projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Foster UX Excellence: Promote a culture of industry-leading user experience.
Improve Processes: Continuously enhance our engineering processes, tools, and systems to scale productivity and codebase.
Mentor and Inspire: Guide less experienced engineers and interns, fostering a culture of excellence and humility.

What You'll Need

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in frontend engineering.
Proficiency: Strong skills in JavaScript and React.
Attention to Detail: A knack for getting the visuals right and shipping high-quality products.
Problem Solving: Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
Adaptability: Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and continuously grow.
