What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will:
- Research, design, develop, and implement AI-based solutions that drive business objectives
- Work on ML/Deep Learning models applied to natural language processing, data classification, and more
- Leverage state-of-the-art GenAI models, including Large Language Models
- Participate in the fine-tuning of LLMs and preparation of datasets
- Perform accuracy measures and model validations
- Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, and medical scientists to define requirements
- Partner with software engineers for seamless integration of AI models
- Engage with scientific literature to stay ahead of emerging trends
- Drive automation and efficiency improvements in our workflows
- Provide support to internal teams and facilitate resolution of technical issues
- Foster a collaborative environment and support colleagues in achieving collective and individual goals
What We Look For
- Degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in developing NLP models/applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or C++
- Strong understanding of various Deep Learning techniques
- Experience in the healthcare and life science industry is a plus
- Familiarity with software and systems engineering concepts, including cloud computing, CI/CD
- Exceptional motivational and team-building skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
