Overview

Aisera, a leading provider of Generative AI Solutions, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team in Greece. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art AI/ML models and solutions that enhance user productivity and create magical user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Team: Guide a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists in developing innovative AI/ML models.
• Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on AI/ML initiatives, providing guidance and direction to the team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software engineers, and data engineers, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI/ML.
• Algorithm Design: Design and implement scalable and efficient AI/ML algorithms, tools, and pipelines.
• Model Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and libraries to meet project requirements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality, performance, and accuracy of AI/ML models through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of AI/ML processes, methodologies, and results.
• Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present AI/ML findings and insights to stakeholders and senior management as needed.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in AI/ML.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, techniques, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• GenAI and LLM Models: Experience with GenAI and LLM models is ideal.
• Data Science Principles: Solid understanding of data science principles, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Programming: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Big Data Technologies: Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Kafka, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing AI/ML teams.
• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PhD preferred.
