The Role
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at OLSYS, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI and ML solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with modern Large Language Models (LLMs), conducting research and development activities, and adopting best practices for their usage. You will generate code based on input descriptions, build test cases based on user scenarios, and monitor the performance of models to maintain or enhance their accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Interact with modern LLMs and adopt best practices for their usage.
- R&D activities: Experiment with LLMs to generate code and build test cases.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and adjust models to maintain or enhance accuracy.
- Data Preprocessing and Annotation: Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to preprocess and annotate training data.
- Prototyping and Evaluation: Prototype and iterate AI/ML approaches to identify the best solutions.
- Documentation: Document all stages of the AI/ML development process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists and Software Engineers.
Ideal Profile
- Experience: At least 5 years in AI/ML development, with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks.
- Skills: Strong knowledge in Generative AI, Interactive Chatbots, and Graph databases.
- Problem-solving and Innovation: Ability to tackle technical challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey complex concepts effectively.
