CHAI: AI Platform, a leading generative AI startup based in Palo Alto, is seeking a Senior Applied AI Researcher to join our dynamic team. We are at the forefront of AI innovation, building a platform that allows users to submit their own LLMs (Large Language Models). Our mission is to leverage human feedback from millions of users to create a meta-model that surpasses the capabilities of any individual model.
Responsibilities
- Optimize and Improve AI Platform: You will be responsible for running, optimizing, and enhancing our AI platform with a focus on improving day 30 retention by 50%.
- Creative Monetization Strategies: Develop and implement innovative strategies to monetize our platform effectively.
- High-Impact Decision Making: Make critical decisions that will shape the future of CHAI.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in delivering impactful results that align with company goals.
- Deep ML Understanding: Expertise in the machine learning development cycle, with a focus on iteration speed and bottleneck identification.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven and comfortable with setting and achieving ambitious goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Python, Tensorflow, or PyTorch.
