About the Role
LovelyStay is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior BackEnd Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the evolutive maintenance of our property management system, optimizing our PostgreSQL database, and maintaining our server infrastructure. You will work with technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL, and have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of our automated testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Evolutive maintenance of the company property management system using NodeJs, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
- Optimize our PostgreSQL database, including data structures, indexes, and overall architecture.
- Improve existing tests in terms of coverage and speed of execution.
- Review and pull requests from others in a constructive, efficient manner.
- Maintain our server infrastructure.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years’ experience with web back-end development.
- Strong experience with NodeJS using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in SQL/Relational Databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Familiarity with Linux and command-line expertise.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
