About The Role
Front is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer (UI) to join our dynamic engineering team. This role is pivotal in managing, building, and optimizing our website, Front.com, ensuring it delivers a seamless user experience that aligns with our brand's vision and business objectives.
What You Will Do
- Own front-end web development projects: From scoping through implementation and optimization, you will take full ownership of the front-end development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to drive project outcomes and ensure that all web elements align with the overall strategy.
- Redesign and update web pages: Utilize high-fidelity designs to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of our web pages.
- Troubleshoot and optimize: Address UI, performance issues, and bugs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across all devices.
- Lead optimization efforts: Engage in A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve website performance and user engagement.
Skills & Experience Required
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years of front-end development experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong portfolio of managing high-traffic websites.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, PHP, and frameworks like React and Next.js. Experience with modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS is essential.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a track record of positive contributions to team efforts.
- Innovative Approach: A history of proposing and implementing technical solutions that enhance website functionality and user experience.
