Job Overview
Join an innovative Insurtech start-up as a Senior Full Stack Engineer. This role is pivotal in modernizing the insurance industry through a cutting-edge, digital-first platform. You will work with tier 1 automotive clients like Volvo, Mini, and BMW, helping them create, launch, and manage unique insurance experiences quickly and at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Spearhead the development of core platform services and REST interfaces using Kotlin.
- Integration: Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs using TypeScript and React.js.
- Data Management: Evolve and maintain operational data sources, primarily using PostgreSQL.
- Third-Party Integration: Integrate data services from third-party providers.
- AWS Development: Lead the development of AWS Lambdas in TypeScript and automate the provisioning of AWS infrastructure.

Requirements
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 6+ years in Java/Kotlin, TypeScript, and React.js or similar technologies.
- Skills: Strong SQL skills, experience with Postgres, and familiarity with microservices-based architecture.
- DevOps: Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and DevOps practices.
