Your Role
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will:
- Act as a Change Catalyst: Dedicate yourself to transforming software systems and landscapes.
- Develop Cutting-Edge Solutions: Create software solutions that seamlessly integrate into software ecosystems using approaches like event-driven communication, Micro Frontends, APIs, or data synchronization.
- Introduce Best Practices: Pioneer new infrastructure setups and introduce best practices in software craftsmanship at our customers.
- Drive Innovation: Take the initiative in driving the adoption of innovative techniques, patterns, and solutions within our team.
- Mentor and Collaborate: Share your insights as a mentor and collaborator, fostering a culture of knowledge exchange among peers and customers.
Your Qualifications
- Proficient in Frontend and Backend Development: Experience with established frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) and backend frameworks (Spring Boot, Express).
- Programming Languages: Proficient in one or more programming languages in the Java environment (Java, Kotlin, Scala, Clojure) or JavaScript (JavaScript, Typescript).
- Software Architecture Knowledge: Basic understanding of software architectures, event-driven architectures, API design, and data migration patterns (like CDC or Event Streaming).
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Basic software infrastructure knowledge like containerization, Kubernetes clusters, event infrastructure, API gateways, and cloud infrastructure.
- Passionate About Knowledge Sharing: An advocate for constant improvements in all your projects.
- Fluent in English: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and partners. Speaking German is a plus.
