Job Overview
Electronic Arts (EA) is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our innovative team. This role is pivotal in empowering players to create content across our gaming platforms, such as Skate and the Sims 4. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing responsive, resilient, and scalable services that support millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web services hosted in the cloud.
- Ensure the security of user data and implement strategies to prevent cheating.
- Drive the design and implementation of APIs and protocols.
- Author and review technical design documents and API specifications.
- Maintain and improve automated testing suites.
- Optimize performance through load testing and other strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and DOM.
- Experience with Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to design, deploy, and support large systems.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
