The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll be joining a team of 140 colleagues, including 25 very talented engineers. From your first day, you'll be involved in key decisions and encouraged to challenge ideas and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the build-out of the company's core offering, focusing on automating manual processes.
- Conceptualizing and developing new features while challenging existing ideas and encouraging innovative thinking.
- Supporting infrastructure improvements to ensure scalable and reliable operations.
- Engaging with AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of what’s possible in FinTech.

The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- A history of strong tenure at previous companies (ideally 2+ years in each role).
- A Computer Science degree or equivalent technical background.
- Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
