Senior Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React/React Native)

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team at Manifest Financial. Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end components of our cloud-based fintech application.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and scalability through best practices and efficient design patterns, unit, and integration testing.
• Extend our MongoDB and MySQL database architectures, optimizing performance and reliability to support our application's growing data needs and user base.
• Develop and implement robust cloud solutions and infrastructure to support the application's growth and evolving needs.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate architectural standards and practices into the development lifecycle.
• Support and grow our adoption of DevOps practices, automating deployment, scaling, and management processes to improve reliability and speed.
• Monitor the system to identify areas for improvement, recommending technologies and practices to enhance our cloud architecture.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for data security and privacy.
• Mentor and guide team members in cloud solutions and architectural best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in system architecture, particularly within fintech or high-security environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud computing and infrastructure, specifically on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with certifications being a plus.
• Proficiency in DevOps methodologies, tools (such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience in scaling and optimizing database systems, specifically MongoDB and MySQL, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead architectural strategy and design, with a portfolio of successful projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of implementing scalable and secure solutions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards achieving strategic objectives.
