The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be integral to our Credentialing team, enhancing our core products. You'll collaborate with Product, Design, and Analytics teams, contributing valuable input and taking part in key discussions. Your primary focus will be on backend development, with some involvement in UI tasks.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop web software applications.
- Perform coding, debugging, testing, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot throughout the application development process.
- Understand customer and business goals to align your work for maximum impact.
- Define deliverables that are achievable within set timeframes.
- Proactively identify and advocate for improvements in the project.
- Coordinate with other engineering groups and teams as needed.
- Mentor less-experienced team members, guiding them in their professional growth.
What You'll Need
- Over 6 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in PHP and MySQL, with some experience in MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Laravel or Symfony frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in Polish and English.
