About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of work and be at the forefront of AI technology. We offer a hybrid work model with a preference for in-office presence for closer collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our full-stack application using React (with Tailwind and Next.js) for front-end and Python (FastAPI framework) with PostgreSQL for back-end.
- Contribute to DevOps processes using AWS.
- Participate in all aspects of product development, from database management to AI fine-tuning and implementing online payment flows.
- Collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to drive product innovation.
- Potentially lead and mentor a growing development team as we scale.
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in React, Python, and AWS technologies.
- Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Tailwind, and Next.js.
- Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
