Senior Full-Stack Engineer - React, Python, AWS

About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of work and be at the forefront of AI technology. We offer a hybrid work model with a preference for in-office presence for closer collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain our full-stack application using React (with Tailwind and Next.js) for front-end and Python (FastAPI framework) with PostgreSQL for back-end.
Contribute to DevOps processes using AWS.
Participate in all aspects of product development, from database management to AI fine-tuning and implementing online payment flows.
Collaborate closely with our cross-functional team to drive product innovation.
Potentially lead and mentor a growing development team as we scale.

Technical Requirements

Strong experience in full-stack development.
Proficiency in React, Python, and AWS technologies.
Familiarity with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Tailwind, and Next.js.
Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
