Role Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer at Grow Therapy, you will have significant autonomy and scope to influence various product areas, including the provider portal, marketplace, client experience, infrastructure, and operations. This role involves full-stack development, utilizing technologies such as Flask/Python on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend, with AWS for infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust cost estimation and eligibility checking platform.
- Create a world-class note-taking experience for providers, focusing on syncing, intelligent prefilling, and caching.
- Optimize search ranking and performance at scale to match clients with suitable therapists.
Who You Are
- You have at least 4 years of engineering experience, having built and scaled systems.
- You possess full-stack web development skills, including proficiency in REST APIs and web frameworks.
- You are entrepreneurial, having possibly worked in a startup or on significant side projects.
- You are a product thinker, eager to build user-centric solutions and participate in product and design decisions.
- You are a leader and team player, known for your ability to motivate others and drive towards goals.
