About the Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on our Trust & Safety team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing tools and systems that protect user data and enhance our platform's trustworthiness. You will lead initiatives that address complex security challenges, ensuring our platform remains a safe space for our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Development: Design, develop, and deploy advanced tools and systems for user safety and data protection.
- Architect Solutions: Implement scalable and secure solutions for both frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate: Work with engineering leaders, product managers, and security experts to define and prioritize security features.
- Mentorship: Guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Security Audits: Conduct security audits and assessments, implementing best practices to address potential vulnerabilities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve internal tools and processes, ensuring high standards of safety and reliability.
What You Bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in full-stack development, with expertise in React and NodeJS.
- Security Knowledge: Extensive experience with security practices, compliance requirements, and data protection frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead projects and mentor teams.
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Compensation
The target salary range for this position is between $160,000 and $200,000 annually, with additional benefits and potential equity options.
Location
This position is remote, but you can also work from our office in New York, NY.
